Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Landscapers Walthamstow. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging our services. By utilizing our landscaping services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- Client refers to the individual or entity engaging our services.
- Services mean the landscaping services provided by Landscapers Walthamstow.
- Agreement refers to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We offer a range of landscaping services including but not limited to:
- Garden design and planning
- Lawn maintenance and care
- Hardscaping installations
- Planting and tree services
- Seasonal garden clean-ups
All services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as follows:
- Deposit: A deposit of 50% is required upon acceptance of the proposal.
- Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the services.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We strive to accommodate the Client’s preferred scheduling. However, all appointments are subject to availability. In the event of cancellation, the Client must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee as outlined in the invoice.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide access to the property during scheduled service times.
- Ensure that pets are secured to prevent interference with services.
- Communicate any specific requirements or restrictions before services commence.
Failure to comply may result in delays or additional charges.
6. Liability and Insurance
Landscapers Walthamstow is fully insured and adheres to all health and safety regulations. We are not liable for any pre-existing conditions on the Client’s property. Any damage caused during the provision of services will be rectified promptly at our expense.
7. Guarantees and Warranties
We stand by the quality of our services. If the Client is not satisfied with the work performed, they must notify us within 14 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and undertake necessary corrective actions at no additional cost.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any advance payments for undecorated services will be refunded promptly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. We aim to resolve any issues amicably and efficiently.
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
